Dr. Lara Sparks
Dr. Lara Sparks is the proud owner and sole veterinarian of SparksVet Veterinary Clinic. She graduated from Louisiana State University, School of Veterinary Medicine.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Sparks excels in preventive care, advanced dentistry, dermatology, allergies, behavioral convers, and pain management.
She is passionate about integrating the latest veterinary technologies to deliver cutting-edge, compassionate care. Dr. Sparks is committed to providing personalized veterinary services in a welcoming environment for pets and their families. At SparksVet, your pets are treated as part of the family because we believe they are members of our family.
Ellie
Ellie is the Lead Veterinary Assistant at our clinic and has a lifelong passion for animal care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine with a minor in Wildlife Biology at Lees McRae College, combing her love of science with her dedication to animal health and welfare.
Ellie enjoys building relationships with pets and their families and is dedicated to making every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Ellie is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and helping each patient receive the attention they deserve. She feels honored to care for the pets and families in our community.
Outside of the clinic, Ellie enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her fur babies.
